What if I need more credits? Do I have to upgrade?

No. You only have to pay a monthly fee for your phone number. You can buy credits anytime, only when you need them!

How do you count messages?

Each message is equal to one credit. In other words, if you have 100 subscribers on one of your lists and you send a text blast to that list 2 times, you've used 200 credits.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, we do not require a contract and you can cancel anytime. Note: you will lose your number.

Do you offer an API?

All plans come with access to our developer API. Visit our SMS API page for more info and documenation.

What is a keyword?

Keywords allow people to join your audience by texting a word to your number. When a customer sends your keyword to your number, we'll send your customized auto-reply back and we'll add that person to your audience.
