What if I don't have a business number?
No problem. We include a business number in all of our plans.
What are text credits?
One text credit is required for each message (SMS) sent. When you include an image (MMS) with your message, two text credits are required.
What is SMS and MMS messaging?
SMS stands for Short Message Service and is known as texting. Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS) is a standard way to send messages that include an image.
What is the maximum of contacts I can have?
All of our plans include unlimited contacts/fans. We do not have additional charges for contacts or lists.
Can I collect additional contact data?
Yes! Fanbucks offers multiple ways to collect names, emails, addresses and birthdates.
Do I own my lists and can I download them anytime?
YES! You have full control of your lists and they can be downloaded as a CSV file. No algorithms here!
Can I send messages to existing phone numbers that I have collected?
Yes, although you should have their agreement to send them text messages.
Can I add more than one list (audience) in my account?
YES. You can add as many lists as you need.
Does Fanbucks require a contract?
No. All of plans are month-to-month and you cancel anytime, no questions asked.
Are there extra fees for QR codes?
No, all of our plans include unlimited QR codes at no extra cost.
